1. Items Eligible for Return We accept returns under the following conditions: The item was purchased directly from www.pecwom.com. The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. The return request is initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return due to health and safety concerns, including: Opened skincare products. Perishable food items. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

2. Return Process To initiate a return, follow these steps: Contact Us: Email us at pecwomorganics@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the item. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions if the return is approved. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RA number in the package. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Refunds Refunds will be issued under the following conditions: a. Refund Eligibility: Returned items must pass our quality inspection upon receipt. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. b. Partial Refunds: A partial refund may be issued for items that are not returned in their original condition (e.g., missing parts or damaged packaging). c. Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

4. Exchanges We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To request an exchange: Follow the Return Process outlined above. Indicate your preference for an exchange in your email. Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@pecwom.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost to you.

6. Cancellations Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the item has already been processed or shipped.

7. Important Notes Items returned without a return authorization (RA) number will not be accepted. Refunds or exchanges may take longer during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. PECWOM reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
